We took in our first parade of the season (and apparently, the first one that Christian remembers) in Caledonia last weekend. The kids loved all the firetrucks and the band. Oh and did we mention the crazy amount of candy the kids collected? It was like Halloween. Christian was thrilled beyond belief each time more candy was thrown his way! The ladies behind us said they were more tickled to watch him than the parade.
We picked up donuts at D&W to enjoy before the parade..who knew we'd get so many sweets??
We could hear the sirens, and were SO excited for them to pass by.
