We are a family of builders and creators. Last summer, it was evident that we needed a bigger sandbox for the kids to play in. Carter used to wake up, eat breakfast, then head out to the sand box for endless hours of sifting, building, and moving sand. Ella likes to build, create, and "bake". By the end of the summer when Christian was out and about, there was barely any room for the three of them and a few toys. So Scott decided to build an addition and boy is it nice. The kids can each have their own space and there is plenty of room for the trucks and toys. Here are a few pictures:

There was a lot of shoveling, hauling, and dumping involved.
It is a good thing the kids were so eager to help out!
Look at them load up the wagon! We were glad they could invest some time and lots of energy in their new sandbox. Anyone want to come over to play? The box is open anytime of day and we have lots of toys and SPACE! Come on over!
